Highlights of today:
Arriving in Paris. I was grinning for hours. I forgot how amazing this city is! Going back to scarves and jackets is magnificent too.
Buying an iPhone. It’s not up and running yet cos I have to go get a SIM card tomorrow, but yayyyyyy
Finding out that my hotel has free wi-fi. Two thumbs up.

Why are we (gays) so passionate about getting ourselves included in the institutions that heteronormative society has created as ideals?
Great, US gays can now die, and murder, openly gay. As a conscientious objector, this really doesn’t excite me nearly as much as many other tumblr gays who are all tearing up imagining the shower scenes.
Likewise marriage. Why are we fighting for this?...
