Toast some thickly sliced baguette, top with blue cheese and sprinkle with walnuts.
Idea inspired by / stolen from a tapas bar in Malaseña, Madrid.
I had leftover cream that was close to going off, so I made scones today.
Recipe:
Mix the dry ingredients, then add the wet, mix, knead, cut into squares and cook for about 10 mins at 230°C.
It’s such an easy recipe that I just did that off the top of my head. Amazing. Love it.
